Product research & Merchandising
Our merchandising team is always on the lookout for new fabrics, designs by attending fairs and by visits to mills, processing houses to update our customers design department with latest inputs well in advance to help them make an attractive range. We also shop FAREAST & EUROPE for the latest fabric & fashions accessories and designs.
Factory & sampling procedures
- Study on style thoroughly and identify critical areas check on patterns
- Proto samples are made and checked as per pattern to fix specs and shrinkage size sets in all sizes are made and checked before and after wash
- Pre-production meeting conducted in factory with our pm & buyer with the size sets and the same are sealed. pilot run are checked operation wise.
- Our check points are continuous for on-line check to ensure every part is defect free daily production is discussed in the factory to overcome hurdles and improve good productivity .
- Final inspection are well planned to ensure buyer does not waste their valuable time.
Quality Control
Our Q. A team follows an AQL of 1.5 & 2.5 depending on the complicity of styles. The salesmen sample as well as bulk fabrics are tested for following:

- Dimensional stability to washing
- Color fastness to washing
- Color fastness to Crocking
- Color fastness to Perspiration
- Color fastness to Light
- Pilling Resistance
- Seam Slippage / Strength

- It is complete cut to pack set up and washing is outsourced from well known approved laundry name orijean which is nominated for wrangler / levis & diesel . we can handle any kind of difficult product & wash in bulk.
